Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint seeks a General Manager to lead a Soddy-Daisy restaurant, overseeing daily operations, people management, and financial performance to deliver a safe, clean, and guest-focused experience.

You will coach managers, implement brand standards, drive sales and profitability, and foster an engaging work culture. Requires 3+ years QSR leadership, MS Office proficiency, ServSafe preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, coaches, and develops managers and team members.
• Ensures food safety, hygiene, and brand recipe standards.
• Trains staff to deliver an extraordinary guest experience.
• Maintains clean, safe operations and brand compliance.
• Reviews financial reports and drives profitability improvements.
• Communicates brand initiatives and leads team huddles and meetings.
• Completes daily/weekly paperwork and administrative duties.
