Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintains service standards for table setups, beverage service and pre-busing of tables.
• Stocks service stations with glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
• Cleans and resets tables per procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitors cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats and floors.
• Assists guests with beverage and plate service as needed.
• Communicates seating needs and guest service issues with hosts.
• Ensures outlet side stations are properly stocked and maintained.
• Attends meetings and training; follows rules and company policies.
• Maintains neat and clean appearance at all times.
