Job summary

WarHorse Gaming LLC is seeking a Busperson to support dining operations at Ale House. The Busser will stock outlets, clear and reset tables, and ensure stations are clean and ready for service, while upholding the property’s standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work varying schedules, and a commitment to guest service excellence. Prior server experience is preferred, and a NE gaming license is expected for some positions.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
• Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
• Cleans and resets tables according to established procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Stocks service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
• Cleans restaurant, floors, carpet, service stations, etc.
• Monitors and ensures cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats, and floor.
• Communicates with host/hostess for seating needs and any guest service issues.
• Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
