Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking an Ale House Busperson to stock, reset and clear tables, and maintain clean service stations. The role requires attention to sanitation standards and collaboration with the host team to ensure smooth guest service.

The position offers instruction in beverage service, proper table setups, and pre-busing of tables, with opportunities to participate in team meetings and training sessions. The role emphasizes flexibility in schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or education equivalent required.
• Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper stocking and stations with supplies.
• Clears, cleans and sets tables in designated station.
• Stocks service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
• Cleans restaurant, floors, carpets, and service areas.
• Communicates with host/hostess for seating needs and guest service issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
