Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking Crew Members to deliver a KIND, TEAM-driven guest experience across Cashier, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep and Housekeeping roles. You will learn rapidly, follow our PROCESS, and be passionate about great food.

As a Crew Member you greet guests, operate the POS, maintain clean facilities, and work closely with teammates to ensure fast, accurate service while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS
• Must be professional with strong customer service skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Experience in quick service is a plus, but not required
• Able to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT)
• Appearance must be professional, neat and well-groomed
• Visible tattoos must be work appropriate; facial piercings may not be worn
• Able to learn health codes and food safety procedures
• Experience with a Point-of-Sale system or quick to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• English reading/writing/speaking; fluency not required
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment

• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every guest
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant
• Assist in various crew positions as assigned
• Work with team to ensure accurate order processing
