Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is hiring Crew Members to deliver a KIND, TEAM, PASSION experience to guests. You will work across stations, learn multiple roles, and support high-energy service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS system, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with teammates to ensure accurate orders and quick service. Must be at least 16 and able to obtain Food Handler certification.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to read, write and speak English (fluency not required).
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience for every Blake’s Lotaburger guest.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Greet customers, take orders, and assist with drive-thru windows as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and support housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant.
