Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger is seeking Crew Members to deliver a KIND, TEAM‑driven guest experience across New Mexico. You’ll rotate through Cashier, Drive‑Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, and Housekeeping, and report to the General Manager, helping keep lines moving and orders accurate. We require 16+ and a positive attitude; English literacy is needed, and Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.

Flexible hours (PT up to 28, FT up to 40) are available. Blake’s Lotaburger is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Experience in quick service is a plus but not required.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to become Food Handler Certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience for Blake’s Lotaburger guests.
• Learn and perform duties across positions: Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe handling of food and equipment.
• Support team with tasks and adhere to health codes.
