Blake's Lotaburger in New Mexico seeks Crew Members to deliver a KIND, TEAM-driven, PASSIONATE customer experience. You will learn six positions—Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, and Housekeeping—and report to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake's Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Professional with a positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Willingness to learn health codes and use a POS system.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with teamwork.
• Learn and perform all six crew positions (Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
