Grand Sierra Resort is seeking a Meeting Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordinate with guests and Sales Managers. You will manage inquiries, data entry for group bookings, site inspections, and assist with FAMS, while ensuring excellent guest service.

The role requires strong communication, clerical skills, and ability to work various shifts in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Team-based selling experience preferred in hotel/event settings.

Responsabilités

• Answer multi-line phone system and relay information to Sales Managers.
• Coordinate guest inquiries and lead sources with hotel departments.
• Enter data for group bookings and review contracts.
• Prepare amenities, site inspections, and Familiarization Trips (FAMS).
• Compile and communicate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate and confirm reservations for hotel, dining, and recreation.
