Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Hospitality Service Technician to join our Operations team in a role reporting to the Service Manager/Supervisor. You will deliver anticipatory service to clients and guests, collaborating with Culinary, Production, and Technology teams to ensure seamless experiences.

This role requires knowledge of menus and event details, with duties including setup, sanitation, and opening/closing tasks.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated team player with leadership qualities.
• Food Hygiene/Food Handling and TIPS Certifications preferred.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work varied hours.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, maintain, replenish, and break down Food & Beverage stations and rooms following SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment with attention to sanitation and presentation.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menus, recipes, and event details to support service delivery.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
• Collaborate with team members and perform additional duties to uphold service excellence.
