Convene Hospitality Group in San Francisco is seeking a Hospitality Service Technician to join the Operations team. You will deliver genuine, anticipatory service, collaborating with Culinary, Production, and Technology teams to bring our service standards to life.

The role reports to the Service Manager and supports opening, mid, and closing duties with a focus on guest satisfaction. The position requires at least 2 years of serving experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience.
• Coffee experience and basic food & beverage knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated team player with leadership qualities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class service aligned with Brand Standards.
• Set up, maintain, replenish, and breakdown Food & Beverage stations and rooms.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment emphasizing sanitation and presentation.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menus, recipes, and event details.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties per company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and take on additional duties as needed.
