Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, greeting guests, handling check-ins, and maintaining accurate cash handling.

The successful candidate will contribute to a welcoming lobby environment and support the hotel’s service culture. The position emphasizes timely, professional communication, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition and escort to room or check-in.
• Answer phone within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Ensure proper cash handling and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized and assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data per procedures and follow check-in/check-out steps.
