Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists, prepare and assemble welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and manage check-in before arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings with a smile and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report cash variances to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow security procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and verify identification and payment methods.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
