Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City is looking for a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional service to guests. You will take food and beverage orders, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle payment transactions while following established standards.

Ideal candidates have prior food and beverage experience and a focus on customer satisfaction. The role also includes potential advancement opportunities within the restaurant toward positions like Supervisor and Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Pick up orders from food preparation areas.
• Prepare guest check and complete payment transaction.
• Perform bartending and bussing duties as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
