Embassy Suites by Hilton South Jordan Salt Lake City is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare the breakfast bar, greet guests, and provide friendly service while upholding sustainability and brand standards.

Responsibilities include setting up displays, stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and aiding guests with requests. A High School diploma is preferred, with sanitation certification due within 90 days. Flexible schedule may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean up spills and remove trash; maintain clean pantry and breakfast area.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers; stock condiments and serving areas.
• Locate and provide items requested by guests; ensure guest satisfaction.
