Job summary

MGM National Harbor in Maryland is hiring a Cage Shift Supervisor to lead cage operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support staff and guests. You will supervise daily cash and credit activities, prepare end-of-shift reports, and assist with payouts for high-profile players.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cashier or casino cage experience and a High School Diploma or GED. This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for professional growth within MGM Resorts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of cashier experience, casino credit, or main bank experience.
• Experience with casino cage operations and transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage and Credit activities with transaction accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Generate and submit end-of-shift reports to Accounting.
• Prepare daily summaries and bank deposits with accuracy.
• Conduct staff training and performance coaching; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist high‑profile players with payouts and resolve guest or employee issues.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with scheduling.
