Compensation Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve our theater guests, acting as their point of contact for various functions within the venue, including check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards, ensuring a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment. They understand the importance of staying on task to fulfill our Mission: To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return.

They are the face of the Alamo for our guests and will do what it takes to make them feel welcome and cared for.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before the next film
• Ensure order cards, safety, and guest needs are addressed in multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, including managing lines, announcing seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and films
• Uphold cleanliness standards for the venue
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure health standards
• Manage all guest-facing interactions and overall guest experience
• Uphold standards of behavior as per company values, code of conduct, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment is a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
• Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself to avoid view of guests when needed
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Move cautiously in a busy, sometimes loud environment
