Job summary

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This position is full-time and non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of local attractions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage.
• Transport luggage to and from rooms.
• Provide information on amenities and local attractions.
• Arrange taxis or shuttle services.
• Maintain clean lobby and bell stand.
• Assist with check-in/check-out as needed.
• Store and retrieve luggage in designated areas.
• Support special requests and reservations.
• Monitor lobby and assist guests proactively.
• Follow security protocols and report suspicious activity.
• Uphold high guest service standards.
