Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and assist with luggage.
• Transport luggage safely to and from rooms.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Assist with guest transportation needs (taxi/shuttle).
• Keep the bell stand and lobby clean and presentable.
• Deliver packages and messages to rooms or other areas.
• Assist with room assignments and check-in/check-out when needed.
• Store and retrieve luggage in designated areas.
• Support with special requests like room service or reservations.
• Monitor lobby for guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
