Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage and escort to rooms.
• Provide information about hotel services and facilities.
• Assist with checking in/out and maintain luggage storage as needed.
• Deliver bags to rooms and retrieve during departure, ensuring security.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and report needs to Bell Captain.
