Job summary

Park Place Parking / Fast Park & Relax is seeking a Guest Ambassador to welcome guests in downtown Columbus and guide them to available parking spaces. You will assist with payments, operate parking equipment, and provide information about nearby businesses.

The role requires at least one year in customer service or hospitality, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle payments and assist guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, parking or hospitality.
• Experience handling credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

Guest AmbassadorJob Purpose:- To provide exceptional customer service and parking assistance to guests visiting the downtown area, ensuring a smooth and positive parking experience. This role involves managing parking facilities, directing traffic, assisting with payments and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
