Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to warmly welcome guests, assist with purchases, and explain how to use the Target App and loyalty programs. You will help guests locate items, resolve issues, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience in our store.

This role requires excellent communication, adaptability in a busy retail environment, and a commitment to safety and store standards. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within Target's store team.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and follow up as needed.
• Assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude and store standards.
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features, Wallet, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Direct guests to enroll in Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support safety policies.
