Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, answer questions, and help with orders, returns, and loyalty enrollment. You will assist guests at the register, explain features of the Target App, and promote current promotions while keeping store standards high.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to busy periods, and a customer-first mindset to ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to greet, assist, and guide guests throughout the store.
• Willingness to learn Target app features and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming guests and addressing needs.
• Greet guests and help them locate items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with returns or exchanges and follow Target policies and procedures.
• Operate handheld scanners and other technology to process transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members as needed.
