Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to deliver a warm, efficient, and helpful guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, help them locate items, and resolve issues while promoting Target’s programs and services.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay composed in a fast-paced setting, and can educate guests on app features and service options. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Able to greet guests warmly and resolve questions or concerns.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to educate guests on products, services and app features.
• Comfort with using handheld devices and checkout scanners.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues.
• Demonstrate and explain Target benefits and loyalty programs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; end with a thank you.
• Support store operations while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Explain how to use Target App features (Wallet, pickup).
• Assist with order pick up, Drive Up, and returns when needed.
