Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming and inspiring guest experience in-store. You will greet guests, help them locate products, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping journey.

Responsibilities include assisting with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online orders, promoting Target Loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, efficient checkout area. Flexibility for varying shifts is expected, with emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Willing to educate guests about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy at checkout.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up and online ordering.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering Target’s service standards and promoting loyalty programs.
