Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome and assist guests, deliver a friendly shopping experience, and help guests understand and use Target services. You will greet guests, resolve issues, and contribute to a safe, clean store environment while supporting your team.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need and resolving issues.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges and using Target services like Order Pick-Up and Drive Up.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support teammates in delivering exceptional guest service.
