Target's On-Demand Team Members (Guest Advocates) welcome guests, help with services, and ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience across the store.

As an On-Demand TM you pick up shifts through the myTime app, your schedule varies by store needs, and you must respond to contact attempts and maintain attendance.

This role offers training and opportunities to learn about loyalty programs, checkout, and guest services while contributing to a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming and assisting guests.
• Assist guests with questions and direct them to products and services.
• Promote loyalty programs and help guests sign up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support peers to ensure smooth operations.
