Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests, share product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming store experience. This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts posted by leaders, and requires reliable attendance to maintain store operations and guest service standards.

As an On-Demand TM, you will pick up shifts via the myTime app, respond to contact attempts, and attend orientation and training to prepare for your new role.
