Job summary

Target's On-Demand Team Members welcome guests, help shoppers find items, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, friendly checkout area. The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and strong communication to deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced store environment.

As an On-Demand TM, you create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, with a minimum four hours every four weeks and prompt attendance expected to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and frontline roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Greet guests and deliver friendly, efficient service at the register and through assistance.
• Scan, bag, and assist with checkout while following safety policies and best practices.
• Be flexible with shifts and respond promptly to scheduling requests to support store needs.
