Job summary

Target On-Demand Team Members (TM) provide flexible scheduling with shifts that may vary by store needs. You create your own schedule via the myTime app and must respond promptly to contact from leaders.

This role emphasizes great guest service, reliability, and engagement to support a fast-paced store environment. As a Guest Advocate, you will learn products and services, assist guests across departments, and participate in onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally 44 pounds.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and Target app.
• Willing to learn and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient assistance.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with thanks and ensure accuracy.
• Support team members and adapt to store needs.
• Operate handheld scanners and assist with checkout as needed.
