Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide exceptional guest experiences. You will help guests, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs while adapting to a flexible schedule that varies with store needs.

As part of the On-Demand team, you may create your own shift availability using the myTime scheduling app, with orientation provided to prepare you for the role and its responsibilities.
