Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest experiences, answer questions, and assist with checkout, returns and store services. The role offers flexible scheduling via the myTime app and is dependent on shift availability and store needs.

You will be expected to be reliable, attend orientation, and pick up shifts as needed to meet business demands. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on a posted weekly schedule but can create your own hours by picking up shifts

• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and other peak shopping times).
