Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience in our store. You will create an easy and welcoming shopping environment, assist guests with questions, and support various store duties while adapting to a flexible schedule.

As an On‑Demand TM, you control shifts via the myTime app and participate in welcome orientation and a short training period to ensure readiness for the role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need.
• Handle guest questions and resolve issues with politeness.
