Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will interact with guests, assist with returns, drives, orders, and help ensure a smooth checkout experience. This role offers a flexible schedule where you pick shifts via the myTime app and may not appear on the posted weekly schedule.

Attendance and responsiveness are essential to staying active on the schedule. You’ll work with teammates to meet store needs, promote loyalty programs, and explain benefits of Target services.
