Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in an On-DemandTM capacity. You will help guests, answer questions, and assist with checkout, drive-up, and order pickup services. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong guest engagement, and adherence to store policies.

As part of the Target team, you’ll contribute to a positive guest experience, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean and efficient store environment while supporting various shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at checkout and Drive Up / Order Pick Up.
• Provide product information and answer questions to enhance guest experience.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and help guests enroll when appropriate.
