Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services with a flexible schedule. You will select shifts through the myTime app, not appearing on the posted weekly schedule, and must be reliable in attendance.

As a Guest Advocate, you will welcome guests, assist with checkout, explain digital tools, and help with returns and inquiries while upholding Target's service standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping guests and delivering great service.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Willing to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly guest service at checkout and throughout the store.
• Explain and promote Target products, services, and digital tools to guests.
• Maintain awareness of store policies, safety practices, and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with registration, returns, and product inquiries as needed.
• Demonstrate empathy and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
