Job summary

Target is hiring an On‑Demand Guest Advocate. You will create a welcoming store experience, greet guests, and help solve their needs. The role offers flexible scheduling via the myTime app and requires reliable attendance.

You will learn Target's services, loyalty programs, and drive-up options while working with leaders to resolve guest concerns. Training is provided and shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with guests and team members.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service that aligns with Target's standards.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and answer questions.
• Know products, services, and Wallet/Target App features.
• Assist with returns and follow prompts with leadership support.
• Support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies.
