Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests have a smooth shopping experience. This role offers a flexible schedule with shift-picking through the myTime app and requires reliable attendance and participation in short-term training. You will work in-store, assisting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through the checkout and services.

The position emphasizes friendly guest interactions, product knowledge, and efficient service to drive guest loyalty and satisfaction.
