Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests and fellow team members in a fast-paced store environment. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting customers, assisting with finding items, and promoting loyalty benefits.

This role offers a flexible schedule and requires reliable attendance, including during peak times. Training is provided through a Target Welcome orientation and the myTime app for shift selection.

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues
• Help guests understand and enroll in Target Loyalty programs and services
• Scan, bag, and support checkout to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Support fellow team members and adapt to shifting needs as required
• Escalate issues with leadership when needed to recover the guest experience
