Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services in store locations. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist with product finding and issue resolution, and handle transactions with accuracy while adapting to varying shift needs.

Flexible scheduling and participation in the myTime scheduling app are part of this role, with a focus on reliability and guest satisfaction.
