Training is provided through a short orientation to prepare you for your role in guest service and operations. As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, assist with products, and help with returns and transactions.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to adapt to varying shift availability and store needs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following store policies and safety standards.
• Engage with guests about store services, loyalty programs, and app features.
