Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to support guest interactions and store operations. You’ll choose shifts via the myTime app, help guests, ring up items, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

These roles offer flexible scheduling, require reliability and strong communication, and emphasize teamwork, safety, and compliance with Target policies. Training is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including varying hours and shifts.
• Capable of handling cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with inquiries.
• Greet guests, scan and bag items efficiently, and process returns.
• Assist guests with the Target app benefits and loyalty enrollment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during shifts.
