Job summary

Pullman Maldives Maamutaa is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to join our waterfront team. You will engage guests with excursions, water sports, and all-inclusive activities while delivering safe, informative briefings and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Maldivian national
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hospitality, guest service, or related position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with colleagues, management, and guests

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in accordance with daily briefing, management instructions, and SOPs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and colleagues during excursions and activities
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies
• Interact with guests proactively and positively at all times
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding excursions, diving, water sports, and other activities
• Promote and upsell diving courses and other services
• Answer telephone calls professionally and promote available activities
• Follow up on guest complaints and escalate appropriately
• Deliver engaging guest briefings with emphasis on safety
• Conduct excursions to Company standards with focus on guest experience
• Assist Water Sports team including bookings and end-of-day close
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment and facilities
• Comply with company policies and perform other duties as assigned
