Job summary

Hurawalhi Maldives is seeking a passionate Reservations Agent to handle daily correspondence, inquiries and bookings. You will manage reservations, cancellations and changes in the PMS, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, layouts, transport options and flight schedules.

Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages viewed as an advantage. Prior luxury resort experience and strong Opera knowledge are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in reservations.
• Experience in a luxury resort setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to respond to inquiries and manage bookings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily correspondence and responds to reservations inquiries and bookings.
• Processes reservations, cancellations and modifications in the property management system.
• Knowledge of room types, locations, layouts and transport options with accurate flight schedule information.
• Displays product knowledge with accuracy and confidence.
• Maintain systems and provide timely information to guests.

The 90-villa, adults-only luxury resort. Requirement And Responsibilities

• Handles daily correspondence and responds to reservations inquiries and bookings
• Processes reservations, cancellations and modifications in the property management system
• Knows the types of rooms available as well as their location and layout, transportation options and has available accurate information regarding flight schedules etc.
• Displays product knowledge with accuracy and confidence
• Fluency in written and spoken English [additional language will be an added advantage]
• Strong knowledge of Opera
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the role.
• Luxury resort experience required.
