Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) on Guam seeks a senior owner-representative for large DoD/NAVFAC Marianas projects. You will manage cost, schedule, and quality, lead meetings, and coordinate with designers, contractors, and owners across complex facilities including SCIFs. The role demands 10+ years in construction management, ICD-705 knowledge, and a U.S.

citizen with clearance readiness. On-site work on Guam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design/construction for large facilities.
• Experience with SCIF facilities and DoD projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-705 requirements.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner representation for pre-construction and construction phases on large-scale projects.
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality for the client/owner.
• Lead or participate in progress meetings and document minutes.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Perform QA inspections to ensure contract compliance.
• Track closeout requirements including manuals and warranties.
