Job summary

MBP on Guam seeks a senior program manager to lead design and construction for DoD facilities, including secure environments. You will oversee cost, schedule, and quality across large complex projects and coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction with DoD experience, strong leadership, QA/QC expertise, and familiarity with ICD-705 standards. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement on the western Pacific

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined education and/or experience in complex facility construction

Responsibilities

• Provide owner representation for large-scale construction projects
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality for the client/owner
• Coordinate reviews, submittals, RFIs, and testing
• Lead progress meetings and document meeting minutes
• Oversee QA inspections and ensure contract compliance
• Track issues and coordinate resolution with contractors, designers and owners
• Negotiate change orders and review entitlement and pricing
• Coordinate with accreditation authorities and third-party stakeholders
• Oversee closeout including training, manuals, warranties
