Job summary

SLSCO LTD seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead NAVFAC Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects in Guam. You will act as the primary interface with government stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, and managing cost, schedule, risk, and overall project execution from award through closeout.

The role requires disciplined leadership, deep FAR/UFGS/UFC knowledge, and the ability to coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams on remote installations while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication suitable for Government correspondence.
• Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with Design-Build federal construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAVFAC Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction projects in Guam.
• Serve as primary interface to Government stakeholders and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage project execution, cost, schedule, risk, and safety from award through closeout.
