Job summary

MBP on Guam seeks a Project Inspector to support NAVFAC Marianas on significant construction projects. You will perform inspections, manage nonconforming work, and prepare daily and progress reports while coordinating with clients and design teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction quality management, DoD or federal project exposure, and strong knowledge of codes, materials, and methods. This full-time role is based on-site in Guam with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years combined education/experience in construction quality management.
• DoD/Naval facilities or federal project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of codes, materials, methods, and tools in construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to verify construction is compliant with plans, specs, submittals and codes.
• Prepare daily reports and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Identify, report, and track deficient work until resolved.
• Communicate with clients, designers, contractors, MBP personnel.
