Job summary

MBP is seeking a seasoned Construction/Project Manager to provide owner representation on medium to large construction programs in Guam and the Indo-Pacific region. The role involves managing cost, schedule, and quality from concept to construction completion.

Candidates should bring 15+ years in construction/project management, with experience in Federal projects preferred, and be prepared to work on-site with a US citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional registration or certifications in construction management preferred.
• Deep knowledge of construction management, project controls, and budgeting.
• Experience with Federal projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide owner representation for medium to large construction projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project cost, schedule, and quality on behalf of the client/owner.
• Lead progress meetings with client and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party owner contractors and teams.
• Verify closeout requirements, including manuals, warranties, and stock materials.
• Monitor budgets and review project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
