Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a District Manager, Oncology Solid Tumor GU to cover the Arizona and New Mexico regions. This field-based role leads district strategy and executes cross-functional plans to advance ERLEADA®, INXLEXZO™, BALVERSA® and related GU programs.

You will mentor Sales Specialists, coach on clinical execution, and partner with Medical Affairs and Marketing to optimize patient outcomes while upholding compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the US.
• Minimum 6 years in sales or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/healthcare.
• Willing to travel up to 50%; relocate to the geography as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of district strategy and a coordinated business plan.
• Drive district performance across GU portfolio (ERLEADA®, INXLEXZO™, BALVERSA®).
• Directly supervise Sales Specialists: hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation.
• Provide field and virtual coaching to strengthen selling and clinical execution.
• Lead demand generation and care transitions with local hospitals as applicable.
• Maintain expert knowledge of GU guidelines and coach usage in customer interactions.
• Analyze district performance to identify gaps and set priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing for coordinated execution.
• Set expectations, address gaps, foster accountability and inclusion.
• Adhere to healthcare compliance and use AI-enabled tools responsibly.
